By enrolling your child in any Rebel Angels Sports Academy (“the Academy”) program, including classes, camps, events, or competitions, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to the following Terms & Conditions.

 

1. Payment of Fees

To secure your child’s place, all term and camp fees must be paid on or before the first day of class.

• Children may not attend classes if payment is still outstanding one week after the start of the term.

• Late payments may result in administrative action as determined by the Academy.

• All payments confirm acceptance of the Academy’s fee structure and billing policies.

• Class spaces are limited and are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

 

Term-Based Enrollment – Full Term Commitment Required

All class enrollments are structured on a full-term basis. By enrolling, you are reserving a place in the program for the entire duration of the term. Families may not select, reduce, or purchase a partial number of sessions from within the term. The full term fee is due regardless of the number of sessions a student intends to attend. Session spaces are allocated on a per-term basis and cannot be partially reserved or individually selected by parents or guardians.

 

2. Invoicing and Absences

• Invoices are issued at the start of each term.

• As classes operate on a term-based structure, no deductions, credits, or discounts will be issued for missed sessions due to travel, personal commitments, or any non-medical reasons.

• Fees are considered final once paid.

 

3. Refunds and Cancellations

• All fees become non-refundable and non-transferable once the term or camp has begun.

• In rare and exceptional cases where a refund is approved by Management, a QAR 200 administrative cancellation fee will be applied.

• Any bank or payment processing charges will be deducted from the refund amount.

• Approved refunds will be processed within 15 business days.

• The Academy reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes or events. Should this occur, families will be notified and offered an alternative arrangement where possible.

 

4. Catch-Up Classes (Make-Up Sessions)

The Academy offers catch-up classes for medical absences and, where applicable, in cases of Force Majeure as outlined in Clause 12:

• A valid medical certificate must be submitted in order to request a make-up session on medical grounds.

• All catch-up classes must be completed within the same term and cannot be carried over to the next term.

• Make-up sessions are subject to schedule availability and require Management approval.

• While we make every effort to accommodate requests, availability in group classes may be limited.

 

5. Fee Structure

• Term classes: QAR 85 per hour

• Camp sessions: QAR 160 per day

The Academy may revise fees periodically and will provide notice should any changes occur.

 

6. Trials, Assessments & Class Placement

• New students are eligible for one complimentary trial class.

• Additional trials may be booked at a fee of QAR 85.

• During trial or early sessions, our coaching team will assess each child’s skill level, confidence, readiness, and overall suitability for specific class levels.

• Class placement decisions are made exclusively by our coaches, with each child’s safety, progress, and well-being in mind.

• Parents/Guardians are expected to respect and support these professional assessments.

 

7. Conduct and Behaviour Expectations

To maintain a positive and safe training environment:

• Students must follow coaches’ instructions, behave respectfully, and use equipment responsibly.

• Disruptive, unsafe, or disrespectful behaviour may result in temporary or permanent removal from sessions.

• Parents/Guardians are expected to cooperate with staff and adhere to Academy policies at all times.

 

8. Liability and Medical Responsibility

• Participation in gymnastics involves physical activity and inherent risks.

• Rebel Angels Sports Academy is not responsible for any injury, accident, or loss occurring during classes, camps, events, or competitions.

• Parents/Guardians must ensure that their child is physically and medically fit to participate and must inform the Academy of any health conditions or injuries.

• The Academy may request medical clearance when necessary.

 

9. Photo Consent & Release

The Academy may photograph or film students during classes, camps, events, or competitions for the purpose of marketing, promotion, and documentation.

• These images or videos may be used on the Academy’s website, social media platforms, and printed or digital marketing materials.

• The Academy may edit, crop, modify, or reproduce these images as needed for promotional use.

• All media captured remains the property of Rebel Angels Sports Academy, and no financial compensation will be provided.

 

Incidental Appearance of Parents/Guardians

By entering Academy facilities or event venues, you acknowledge that you or accompanying individuals (e.g., parents, guardians, siblings) may appear incidentally in photos or videos taken during sessions or events. You grant the Academy the right to use such incidental appearances for promotional purposes without requiring further approval or compensation.

 

Rights and Permissions

You understand that the Academy may store, publish, and distribute these materials in line with its promotional and operational requirements. If you have concerns regarding the use of your child’s image, you may contact the Academy to discuss reasonable accommodations; however, the Academy cannot guarantee media exclusion during group activities.

 

10. Personal Belongings

• We advise students not to bring valuable items to the gym.

• Lost items will be placed in the Academy’s lost-and-found or handed over to security.

• Rebel Angels Sports Academy is not liable for lost, damaged, or stolen belongings.

• Please ensure all personal items are clearly labelled.

 

11. Communication Guidelines

• Coaches are not available for discussion during active class time.

12. Force Majeure

The Academy shall not be held liable for any failure, delay, suspension, or modification of its programs, classes, camps, or events due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control. These may include, but are not limited to, acts of God, government restrictions, public health situations, conflicts, natural disasters, facility closures, or any other unforeseen events (“Force Majeure Events”).

 

If a Force Majeure Event occurs:

• Fees remain payable and are non-refundable and non-transferable, as the Academy continues to incur operational costs, including facility, staffing, and administrative expenses.

• The Academy will make reasonable efforts to provide alternative arrangements where feasible.

Such arrangements may include, depending on the circumstances:

• Catch-up classes available throughout the term and/or extended periods (including summer), scheduled flexibly.

• Additional catch-up sessions (e.g., Fridays or other designated days), subject to location and availability.

• The option to redeem missed session value toward camps offered during school breaks.

• In certain cases, limited 1-on-1 sessions, subject to availability and individual circumstances.

All arrangements, formats, and availability will be determined at the sole discretion of the Academy based on operational feasibility at the time.

 

13. Acceptance of Terms

By enrolling in any Rebel Angels Sports Academy program, you acknowledge and agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions. The Academy reserves the right to update or amend policies, with notice provided through official communication channels.
