Payment of Fees

Class capacities are limited, and spots are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. To secure your child's place, all term or camp fees must be paid in full before starting the term or camp. Please note that there will be strictly no deductions from the term fee for voluntary holidays.

 

Refunds and Missed Classes

Fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. Catch-up classes will be offered for any missed classes due to illness, provided that a sick certificate is provided. Catch-up classes must be taken during the current term and are subject to availability.

 

Cancellation and Changes

Rebel Angels Sports Academy reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes, events, or competitions at any time. In the event of cancellation or rescheduling, we will make reasonable efforts to notify participants in advance and offer alternative arrangements where possible.

Liability and Responsibility

Rebel Angels Sports Academy is not liable for any injury, damage or loss sustained by you or your child during classes, events, or competitions. You are responsible for ensuring that you or your child is physically and medically fit to participate in classes and events and for disclosing any medical conditions or injuries to the Academy before participation.

 

Photo Consent & Release

By enrolling in our classes, events, or competitions, you grant permission to Rebel Angels Sports Academy to take and publish photos of your child on our website and social media platforms for the purpose of advertising and marketing. You understand that Rebel Angels Sports Academy may edit, alter, copy, or distribute the photos as it sees fit and that the pictures will belong to Rebel Angels Sports Academy. You will not receive any monetary compensation for the use of these photos.

 

Code of Conduct

All participants, parents and guardians are expected to abide by the Academy's code of conduct, including but not limited to treating coaches, fellow participants and equipment with respect, refraining from disruptive behaviour and adhering to our safety guidelines.

 

Communications

Personal Belongings

No valuable items should be brought to the gym. If any items are found on the premises, they will be placed in the lost and found box or handed over to the security office. Rebel Angels Sports Academy is not responsible for any lost or stolen items. Please ensure that all personal belongings are labelled with the participant's name.​

 

By enrolling in Rebel Angels Sports Academy classes, events, or competitions, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these terms and conditions and agree to abide by them.
